My name is Hoi Kei but I go by Jackie! I grew up in Toronto, I was born in Hong Kong. Growing up I have always been enamored with art, reading mangas and watching anime. Since then, I have never stopped pursuing my love for the arts! Having an animation background, allows me to bring my tattoo designs to life.
